Make repo public #124

[x] Ensure there are no ssh keys or secrets in the repo including commits/history
[x] Enable branch protection
[x] Review open tickets (if anything sensitive)
[x] Review issue templates (if suitable for public)

A bit rusty on the status of the project but I can tackle this one if we're ready for launch

[x] Review SAST options and enable for repo (sonar is one vendor, check which ones are popular for laravel apps)

One suggestion I have is that once we finish all we need to do to this repo public we can create a separate repository with a clean git history and clean issue/pr history.

This is what a lot of orgs do once theyre ready to open source.

Hi @Green-Ranger11 do you recommend for us to clean the git history and issue/pr history? Does it mean we'll lose all our git history and contribution stats?

I recommend we just archive this one and create a new one.

Cleaning the git history will require some poor soul to rebase the entire repo.
