To make it easier to track proof of payment of membership, allow receipts to be uploaded and attached to the members details.

This is a record for SITA Exec and Systems Admins. Not visible for the user

Currently the receipt number must be entered. Could also include a space to upload the actual receipt.

Receipt number should not be required for free membership e.g students
