I just turned on spell check and scanned quickly for obvious issues. A
more thorough review would probably be good.
I wasn't sure how to "compile" the translations so that updates also appear in
Ethics-app/public/user-client/js/modules/_languages.js
and
Ethics-app/public/member-client/js/modules/_languages.js
If someone could tell me how to do that I'd be happy to update the PR.
