Publish updated App in Google Play Store beta lane #293

Since the capacitor upgrade, we haven't tried to publish the current app version on the Google Play Store again.

After the first run the following error occured:

Your app targets Android 13 (API 33) or above. You must declare the use of advertising ID in Play Console.

Thus, I went to the Google Play Console and after setting the "usage of an advertising ID" to false the distribution via google play was successful
