why is check_frequency a string instead of a number? #277

We are counting minutes as strings?

There are other inconsistencies like this. For example this should be a bool not a string. https://registry.terraform.io/providers/site24x7/site24x7/latest/docs/resources/website_monitor#follow_http_redirection
