Add all "node_modules" directories to .gitignore #90

Just ignore "node_modules" everywhere since the directory will be generated and auto-populated during the codebase Lando initialization.

@supersolar not sure what this is in reference to? Are there other places a node_modules directory is generated that need to be ignored?
