As a WP Admin I want to use a button shortcode in RTEs #29

Conifer defines the shortcode callback that renders the button HTML, and Groot registers that callback so admins can use the [button](link here)[/button] shortcode. This story is about using that shortcode.

Acceptance Criteria

[ ] Confirm that a button is rendered properly when the [button] shortcode is used in an RTE.
