What will it take to get this project out the door?

[ ] Desktop library support: sitecues/sitecues-js#5 and sitecues/sitecues-js#6
[ ] JS server starts serving this library at https://js.sitecues.com/sitecues-core/s;id=s-00000005/master/latest/js/run.js so we can start testing it.
[x] JS server starts serving sitecues-js at https://js.sitecues.com/sitecues-js/s;id=s-00000005/master/latest/js/run.js so we can start testing the final integration.
[ ] This library hard codes loading sitecues-js. We will enable sitecues-mobile in a future release after a period of stability and that library is ready.
[ ] JS server starts routing the legacy https://js.sitecues.com/l/s;id=s-00000005/js/sitecues.js endpoint to the master/latest of sitecues-core.
[ ] Switch from the dev WS server to the production WS server, when metrics are stable enough to not cause trouble for the metrics team.
[x] Thorough integration testing.
[ ] We enable the system for all Site IDs.
