This PR adds a command controller which can be used to manually trigger a sync and translation of all nodes within a defined site.

Can we add a comparison of modification dates and only translate nodes that are newer in the source dimension. Should Safe a lot of requests.

Did not look into the code fully but the description does not mention such a rule.
