width="xxx" not working anymore #104

I am upgrading from 2.1.3 to 3.0.0. Before the upgrade i could deliver a static image width via the width attribute. After the upgrade the width attribute is completely ignored and replaced with another value.

Update: It seems it was broken in 2.x too. In versions 1.x it was only possible.
