Missing SOC/CN labels across MNI space atlases #2

Looks like all label values are present: image

But bigbrain is missing L_CN: image

invivo is missing labels 1–3 (it looks like label 4 took over some of label 2): image

sub-postmortem_MNI_rois is missing labels 1–2 image

Tested it viewing on top of 0.5 mm MNI brain + 100 µm bigbrain_corrected @ofgulban

This issue is specific to viewing the atlases in Freeview – I was able to visualize them in fsleyes. Don't know what the issue is, but it's thankfully not with the atlas, so closing.
