Added GitHub Pages config settings #37

Resolves #35. Not sure what else there is for me to add, but I'm open to suggestions.

whether or not you'd like GitHub Pages (Jekyll version 2.4) or Siteleaf (Jekyll version 3.0) to compile your site

Both use Jekyll 3.0 now and we don't indicate the version in the hosting settings anymore

I have a feeling a lot of people are going to be pretty wary about granting us the GitHub permissions we ask for, so maybe somewhere in here we can mention the option to create a machine user if they want to limit access to a specific repo.
