Inline Styles: Apply Widget Margin Directly To Widget #1170

Apply widget margin directly to the widget (rather than Widget Style Container) to allow the mobile margin to work.

To test this:

Enable Inline Styles.
Add an Archives widget.
Give the Archives widget Margin and Mobile Margin. Set these settings to different values.
Inspect Archives widget on mobile and you'll notice the margin isn't the correct amount.
Switch to this PR and you'll notice it is.
