Added related posts functionality #330

Resolves https://github.com/siteorigin/vantage/issues/329.

For some reason, when Jetpack Related Posts is activated, the Jetpack Related Posts setting to add the section heading is inverted, when it's off, the heading displays. I'm not quite sure why that is. Otherwise, I think the PR is ready. Let me know if you find anything.

Non-JP Related Posts are working without me, but I'm having trouble using the Jetpack Related posts. I receive the following error:

Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Class 'Jetpack_RelatedPosts' not found in /home/199896.cloudwaysapps.com/bfrvskzrhv/public_html/wp-content/themes/vantage/inc/template-tags.php:694

Using Jetpack 7.7.2, and I've enabled Related Posts. Any ideas?

Do you have any idea how to recreate that issue? I have this branch running on the demo.siteorigin.com/vantage site if you'd like to take a look there too. I'm unable to recreate at the moment.

This error was on a fresh (Cloudways) WordPress install. The only plugin active is Jetpack. The only Jetpack settings altered were the Related Posts settings. I'm going to try a reinstall.

Just reinstall, uploaded Vantage Build, and set up Jetpack. No error and everything is working without issue now.. :/
