When I click on the

View the proposal: http://siteslab.org/cwcon/2014stage/proposal/2014-proposal-last-updated-thu-08012013-152pm

and

http://siteslab.org/cwcon/2014stage/proposal/2014-proposal-last-updated-thu-08012013-332pm

in the gmail confirmation to the computers.writing.2014 address, I get the 404 page.

That's because I just deleted all the test proposals and test peer reviews. Please submit a new test proposal and click the new link and reopen this issue if you have the same problem.
