Cli table output: Don't break words in advice output #46

In the current version we insert a newline at an exact position. Instead it should insert it before a space, so that words aren't cut in the output.

Today it can look like this:

The page has 1 request(s) that have a shorter cache t
ime than 1 month. Can you increase them?

And it should be:

The page has 1 request(s) that have a shorter cache 
time than 1 month. Can you increase them?
