[webserver] Response lag #5

It seems that the webserver suffer from lags while compiling with certain options (not confirmed) :

with OTA active
when another ESP is connected
with 1.4 compilation option

Could be a cross origin problem and may be solved with the webserver ehancement. For now this issue is solved by not using the contexts described below.

Last compilation option works like a charm, gulpification reduces webserver request a lot and the latest ESP core seems to get the webserver library fixed. Latest version used :

Arduino IDE: 1.8.9
ESP core: 2.5.2
IwIP Variant: v2 Higher Bandwidth (no features)
