FF7 Was released for Xbox One in March 2019 . The save should be based on PC format possibly with a new header around it.

There was an extremely short stint of save editing on Xbox One with this tool: https://www.thetechgame.com/Downloads/id=34886/vantage-xbox-one-mod-tool.html

Microsoft plugged that hole good, but amazingly it attacked the cloud saves.
