Converting docx to pdf - footer disappears #222

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Convert docx to pdf with XDocReport

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Render ther footer of docx when converted to pdf. The document is rendered 
perfectly except footer.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I have the latest version 1.0.0. I have windows 7 Professional 64 bits

Please provide any additional information below.
