docx to pdf error: [M1.13]

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Generate report using velocity
2. Create an XWPFDocument
3. Run the report generation

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect a generated pdf report, but with the following exception:

Tour problem is about POI and not XDocReport. It seems that your docx cannot be 
loaded with POI. Perhaps your docx is securized? I suggets you to post your 
question on POI forum.

Ar eyou sure that you have attached the docx which causes the problem? I have 
tried to convert your docx to pdf with our converter and it works great.
