Tree function load layers from WMS is not working properly #142

Describe the bug Tree function load layers from WMS is not working properly. Only groups nodes are added to trees, but layers from WMS services are not displayed or prompted to be added as new layers to tree.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to trees and edit tree number 33
  2. Click on 'Carregar des de servei'
  3. Select se: Only group layers are added as nodes to the tree

Expected behavior An option to create new layers from WMS service. This function was working properly a few mobths ago...
