Enable configuration for Google API Key #161

Describe the bug It should be possible to parameterize the API Key for Google services whether it's at application level or territory level.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to admin
  2. Click on app
  3. See that there is no parameter for API KEY
