Describe the bug
Not possible to erase a service from the service list when the services has dependences and relations.
To Reproduce
Go to admin SITMUN aplication,
Click on 'Servei'
Select a service and press the 'Eliminar' button.
Expected behavior
Option 1. SITMUN admin application prompts for confirmation to the user with a warning and the 'cancel' button by default. And if confirmed should eliminate the services and all the depnendences and relations (layers, permissions, and tree configuration)
Option 2. If the current behavior is considered correct, then SITMUN aplication should inform to the user that the services can not be eliminated due to the existing relations.
