I have asked the CUHK on this Cantonese data in past and they can only license their data in case-by-case basis. The data is not free (free as in free speech) because they will not allow you to use it for commercial purpose.

This is a scraper and not its data, so its not related to the CUHK data and I wholly own its right.

But yeah I'm going to upload those scraped data to cantonese-data. Have to figure out a way to properly release those data. I dont think they own Chinese. At least I can publish all words with their syllable.
