https://github.com/dsernst/siv/pull/130 shipped the basics of the front end to vote using RCV

SIV still doesn't implement the RCV tallying algorithm though (instead displaying a message about using another tool like RCVis.com). https://github.com/artoonie/rcvis does have programmatic options and embeddable options, to integrate in directly rather than rebuilding within SIV.

And there are few other open UI improvements mentioned in the bottom of the first post of https://github.com/dsernst/siv/pull/130
