Verification went to spam #196

I was waiting for a long time for my confirmation email after voting. Eventually, I discovered that that the email to verify me went to spam. It would undermine confidence in the security of the election if such a thing were to happen in a real election. I also think it would be important to let voters know when they should expect to see the email come in, so that they know when they should reach out about it not working. Ideally, that should be before the results are public, to minimize chaos.

Update: After finding the voter email confirmation email and clicking confirm, I still do not appear to have received the email confirming that SIV received my vote.

Perhaps this is because I confirmed my email roughly 9 hours after I voted?

Recommendation from someone that spoke very highly of https://www.rapidmail.com for email delivery, after having not had a good enough experience with Mailgun and Sendgrid.
