Added `Favicon` for Kidney Exchange #414

What does this implement/fix? Explain your changes.

Fixed the default Favicon that was displayed on all pages of Kidney Exchange

Does this close any currently open issues?

Fixes #413

How did you test your changes?

Added it to the local server and tested out the changes. Favicon was added successfully !

We are not planning to change the icon right now. So, I won't be merging the pull request. Please discuss with us (discord group) before you start working on a patch so that we are on the same page.
