FilterName=Text no longer works for plain text input with OOo 2.4 #4

For loading plain text input files JODConverter defaults to FilterName = Text.

However this doesn't seem to work any more in OOo 2.4, the loaded document
is null.

Setting FilterName = "Text (encoded)" together with "FilterOptions" fixes the 
problem.

There is a somewhat arbitrary decision to be made about which encoding to use by
default - i.e. the FilterOptions value - and I'll go for "utf8".
