HTML to PDF currently uses "writer_pdf_Export". This seems to work on some
machines but not others. Using "writer_web_pdf_Export" may be better.

Attaching patch submitted by bak1an.

If applied however the only possible conversion for HTML input will be to PDF,
because no other formats specify an export filter for family HTML.
