Default target frame in PDF.save() #100

In current version and in SVN trunk, the default target frame for PDF.save
is "_blank", but this doesn't work properly in IE 6, with Download.ATTACHMENT.

That combination opens a new window in IE6 with an error message. The file
can be downloaded, but looks like something is wrong.

The "_self" target works as expected (that is, like when someone clicks on
a link to a file in any web page), and it doesn't open a new window in any
browser.
