not printing text/grid from pdf page with addMultiCelled and addCell made grid #66

The first page, consisting of text in portrait mode at letter size will
print. But this is a multi-page PDF and the second and subsequent pages
consist of a table with the table header - (an addImage encoded PNG of a
flash movie clip) and cells with text from addCell and addMultiCell methods.

The problem is that the cells with text won't print though the table header
does.
