Applying user rights to bio medical group then we can not find fixed asset... #119

What steps will reproduce the problem?

when we are applying user rights to bio medical group then we can not find 
fixed asset name in user screen permissions and report permissions.

2. if i assigned them as administrator rights then see another error window. 
(image attached).
3. there is no report manager to view fixed assets reports in menu.
