Appointment & Registration must have option of date and patient category.. #132

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Must have the following option, if there is a change in category of patients;

•  Private to Welfare
•  Employees to Welfare
•  Refunds

1) There must be option to select date and patient category in order to post 
the income in to relevant LEDGERS with out using any manual methods (etc JVs). 
This was discussed in details in our last meeting and subsequently with Zafar 
sb and previously with Rasheed Sb. 

There must be 4 categories of patients:

1) Private
2) Panel
3) Welfare
4) Employees

1) 
     Reception/Cardiac Cash                                      DR
     Reception/Cardiac Income                                 CR

2)
     Receivable from Panel (Wapda, etc)                DR
     Income from Panel       (Wapda, etc)                CR

3)  
     Receviable/Debtor BTL                                        DR
     Income from welfare patients                            CR

4)
     Receivable/Debtors BTL                                      DR
     Income from Employees                                      CR
