Details missing for mutual exclusivity #222

If you enter just two genes and do a mutual exclusivity analysis, you get 
results like:

Odds Ratio: 1.392857

95% Confidence Interval: 0.491441 - 3.947681 
p-value: 0.360088 [Fisher's Exact Test]

But, the portal now fails to tell you whether this means that the pair is 
co-occurrent or mutually exclusive.  Need to color code the odds ratio to fix 
this.
