Mutation details are incomplete: we should also show the end position #452

Mutation details are currently shown as chr:start, but to be precise and offer 
complete information, we should probably show three different columns: chr, 
start, end.

Is the end position already in the database, or would we have to add that first?

End position is already in the database.

So, a simple solution is to remove the position column, add 3 different columns 
instead, and hide these 3 columns by default. Does this sound reasonable?
