GDAC Portal: Make provenance of data more prominent on home page

On the GDAC portal home page, we currently say:

28 July 2011 TCGA data.

The portal is developed and maintained by the Computational Biology Center at
Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center. 

I think it should say:

The portal is developed and maintained by the Computational Biology Center at
Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center. 

and, then in *bold*:

Data Status:  Data in this portal is based on the 28 July 2011 Broad Firehose 
run of TCGA data.  Additional mutation files have been added from each disease 
working work.
