Some genes are not being imported into CGDS database

I noticed that the website layout has recently changed and I cannot get the 
same data that I was able to get on previous visits.  Previously (May 2011) I 
was able to download a list of the raw gene expression z-scores for the gene 
"C6ORF138" (Gene ID 442213) in the Glioblastoma datasets however now when I try 
and get that same data, all the values read as "NaN".  Is there any reason for 
this change?

I believe this is a bug due to case sensitivity, e.g. we are currently storing 
all genes as upper case: C6ORF138, so that we can match against users typing 
genes in different cases.  However, we need to update all the matches into one 
spot.
