What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. See http://code.google.com/p/coursebuilder/
2. Read tag line: "bring sound pedagogy and lately web technology designs to 
the use of none web savvy people."

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Grammatically acceptable English. Hard to say what the writers first language 
is, but I have no problem with that. May I suggest:

"bring sound pedagogy and web technology design tools to non-web-savvy people"

Pardon me for using this facility to report a grammar issue, but this was the

Again, pardon me. I took a bad link from a popular article and ended up here. I 
later found the proper page for Coursebuilder.
