Create Tab will not Load #34

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Click "Create"
2.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: To change to the tab "Create"
Occurred: Nothing

What browser were you using?
Firefox 3.6 Mackintosh

Please provide any additional information below.
Mouse acted as if tabs could be switched. Double-clicking and other measures of 
the sort no help.

This was caused by a failure in the Translate.js library (moz only; see issue 
37), which precedes initialization of the tabs code, leaving them inert.
