significant DMR? #4

because it seems counterintuitive ..is it correct that num.CpGs is the number 
of DMCs while num.DMC is the number of CpGs?  I've attached a screenshot of the 
help description so you can see what I mean

Thanks for pointing out this. So num.DMC is for DMC and num.CpGs is for CpGs. I 
have just git push the changes to github (https://github.com/ShengLi/edmr). I 
will release the next version of edmr once it has been fully tested.
