For which program(s) you want a new feature?
Simulator

Which build of the program(s)?
FluxSimulator-1.0-RC

What operating system you use?

It seems that with the new FluxSimulator, the PAR file has different options 
from previously (e.g. RANDOM for RT_PRIMER is not ok anymore).
Is there a documentation on the new parameters that have to be given? (or maybe 
I should be more patient…)

yes, as I wrote the user interface changed. You can find a description how to 
get a full parameter list in the readme text bundled with the program. Sorry, 
this is not a bug report.
