For which program(s) you want a new feature?
Simulator

Which build of the program(s)?
FluxSimulator-1.0-RC2

What operating system you use?
unix64

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Change TMP_DIR in the PAR file

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
TMP_DIR value seems to not be taken into account. Temporary files are still 
stored in the default /tmp directory.
Since I have little space left on /, the sequencing cannot succeed.

Found the bug and fixed it. Fix will be incorporated in the next release ( RC3 
).
