The capacitor does not remove all temporary files.

files in the temporary directory are removed during "normal" program 
termination, regardless whether successful or an error/exception incurred 
during the run. Temporary files remaining stem from runs that were killed by 
low level system routines, preventing from cleanup. Removal of these files is 
delegated to the system or user.
