The parameter READ_DESCRIPTOR allows for many different variables. I have
stranded RNA-Seq data that I would like to test with Flux Capacitor but do not
know what can or needs to be encoded in the read ID nor do I know how to encode
it given these options.
Can someone please provide this information both in the documentation and/or
directly to me? drusch@cgb.indiana.edu.
Here are the options that the READ_DESCRIPTOR parameter accepts:
Expression how to parse the read IDs, or one of the shorthand names
(STRAND_MATE,BARNA,MATE2_SENSE,MATE1_SENSE,MATE_STRAND_CSHL,SIMULATOR,PAIRED,SIM
PLE)
