Simulator wont run in batch mode #8

In batch mode, the program exits with the argument of missing parameters.

A typical output is

[TOOLITTLE] there are parameters missing: EXPRESSION_K valid workfile

Due a parameter initialization change in build b20090724, the batch mode did not
correctly recognize uninitialized parameters.

Fixed from build b20090727.
