Fixing wrong behavior of joysticks on Linux #8

I found that there is a bug in the Linux joystick code. Two axes were 
interchanged and thus providing wrong output. Additionally I cleaned the code a 
little bit.

I can't apply the patch, there is some errors,
did you create the diff from the current google-code svn and not from another 
repository (git or else) ?

Sorry, I have a local git-mirror of Maratis.
Try this patch instead.
