working local dev environment #25

- mono-mysql-tomcat-openSim-imprudence (w/ SLVoice enabled) on OSX
(tested), windows
- but you will also need a second life account... eventually...

- using easyeclipse as ide:
  - one for mercurial (google code rep) 
  - one for coding and tomcat-running
- i suppose you can use netBeans... but it better be a clean ant/maven
script deploying it! only that will be checked in.
