port back to .NET #27

the code could be brought back to the .NET platform (using IIS and SQL
Server) by anyone who'd like to take that on...

- hopefully using iBatis DataMapper, so we can reuse our sqlConfig.xml files
- will give you special access to that branch of the repository (ariadne4j
by default)
