regbooth inventory script #4

if changed 
    and just added to bracelet, 
        prompt builder-user for subcat (mvp, sloodle, etc)
            send name/type/subcat to our Inventory service

same mechanism for:
- add / remove holodeck scenes and shells

also, inv usage stats:
- get inventory count by type, by sl_type
- shell vs scene usage %
- can send this to telemetry
