We should have a consistent pattern, where relevant, for three subclass types
of Abnormality of X:
Abnormal Morphology of X
Abnormal Physiology of X
Neoplasm of X
Currently there are parental terms that are defined in terms of a morphology
quality, but these should be applied at a specific subclass level for Abnormal
Morphology of X terms.
Lets run a query for all generic abnormalities where the entity is not either
organ, organ unit, or system and examine these, and also the converse as these
should not use the morphology quality in the equiv class def.
